For as long as I can remember I have always had a very deep fascination for people; the way we interact, change, express, and create. This passion for people has infiltrated most aspects of my life, including my art and studies. I’m an Economics major at the University of Florida because I love to pick apart the blocks that structure our behaviors and institutions and attempt to understand them. My photography reflects this same idea; all of my work relies on the inspiration that the human spirit provides. I aim to push boundaries to explore it in every way possible, whether it’s physically or emotionally, through unusual poses, styling, and direction. This has not just helped me learn about other people, it has also helped me connect with them, and that is what I value most. Similarly, by photographing bands, their fans, and their dedication to each other, I have learned a lot about my love for documenting the human experience.
